Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, the items(s) can be returned within 10 days for size exchange, store credit or refund minus the cost of shipping.

E-mail returns@recreationsf.com within 10 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). Please include your Order Number, SKU(s) to be returned and state if the return is for size exchange, store credit or refund.

Customers can choose between three compensation options: Size exchange items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same item is available. Exchanges for a different item are currently unavailable. Store Credit can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return; is not cumulative with other store credits; must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit. For refunds, items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days of our receiving the returned order.

Refunds for orders paid by credit card will appear on the client's next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund. Processing time may vary from credit card company to credit card company. Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.

The tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Returns must arrive within 10 days of receiving the R.A.N.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in regards to returns even if re.creation had originally provided free shipping for the order.

re.creation reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent according to the return instructions provided with the R.A.N. If an unauthorized return is accepted, re.creation will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

re.creation will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.

Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us the seller to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order. These terms and conditions supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. Any amendment to the terms and conditions will only be effective if signed by a director of re.creation.

re.creation is committed to providing you with terms and conditions of sale which are easy to understand and which are fair to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in these terms and conditions.

re.creation does not trade via eBay or any other auction website. We are not able to verify the authenticity or quality of any itme sold on such a site under the re.creation branding.

Customs & Duty

Please note that recipients outside the US will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs, weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.

Pricing Policy

our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability online at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered online at recreationsf.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our stockists, in some cases, they may have different prices or promotional events at different times. We cannot be held responsible for our stockists' pricing policies.

Damaged/Defective Items

re.creation stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of its products. if you believe your item is defective or has been damaged en route, please contact our web sales team at returns@recreationsf.com. 

Colors

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the re.creation website. However, we do use natural leather and because the colors you see will depend on your monitor as well as small discrepancies in natural products we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Natural Materials

Our products have undergone a hand-crafted design process with natural materials. (Please take this into consideration when questioning imperfections, as we view these details as features rather than defects.)

re.creation reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Privacy Policy

re.creation respects your right to privacy. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we gather includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store your credit card information.

Should you opt out of marketing, you will never be contacted. In any circumstance re.creation will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.

We may occasionally utilize "cookies" to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous and used to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of our site.
